The 7’3 Center from Purdue Matt Haarms will not be wearing the blue and white next season. Matt Haarms has committed to BYU. As he will play for former Wildcat Mark Pope.
This does not surprise most folks today as rumors started swirling throughout the night last night that Haarms would ultimately choose BYU over Kentucky. As the night went on, reports started growing. Our very own Michael Beard even took to the site to warn fans.
Haarms has had an interesting recruitment that’s for sure! We won’t get into the details of that today as we let the BBN mourn.
Just keep an eye out over the next few days as Kentucky will attempt to add another player to the front court to go alongside Keion Brooks, Isaiah Jackson, and Lance Ware!
